Delivery and returns

It is our pleasure to provide you with quality products that you will love in your home, and we strive to ensure that our clients are happy with the products they have purchased.


If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your merchandise and we will be happy to replace or return for a full refund. Once items are received and inspected, we will issue a refund. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please return all items in new condition, unused or damaged within 14 days with a recommended tracking #. Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping and handling fees and the customer is responsible for re-shipping fees. 


Our customers are very important to us and we want you to be completely satisfied. Although every effort is made to photograph our items accurately and describe our products in detail, we cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise.

​Please return unused merchandise within 14 days with a recommended tracking #.

​You will be given a full refund in the amount you paid for your merchandise minus shipping costs which we unfortunately cannot refund.

If a product you receive is defective, please contact us within 48 hours. Defective products include holes, large misprints, and broken zippers.


If you do decide you want to cancel your order completely, please notify us within 24 Hrs of placing your order and we will refund you in full within the next 3-5 business days. If your order has shipped out already, shipping is non-refundable. 

General Shipping

Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Orders placed late Thursday evening and Friday are typically shipped out the following Monday.

Make sure your items, preferences and delivery address are correct before placing an order. We cannot change orders once they have been placed. Once items have been shipped, we are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address.
